Miscellaneous Repair Work Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts (LLMDs)

The City is requesting proposals to provide: As Needed Miscellaneous Repair Work for the Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts (LLMDs). The award of this contract is subject to available budget adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed agreement including the identified scope of work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Coachella prefers that the Contractor be "on call" on a 24-hour basis for any emergency that may occur, including holidays. Response time to emergencies and routine requests is expected to be timely, and proposals will be reviewed based in part on the Contractor's ability to provide such "on call" service and by written commitment to respond timely to both scheduled and emergency situations. Interested proposers may download copies of the Contract Documents by visiting the City's web site, website and looking for Public Works Department Bids from the Public Works Department. Firms that anticipate submitting a proposal are required to send an email to the project manager acknowledging receipt of the Contract Documents so that the City can add the firm to its notification list.
