Description

The scope of work of the project includes renovation of two existing conference rooms, B318 and 021*, in the Lyman Spitzer Building (LSB). Scope of work includes new finishes; electrical, HVAC and fire protection modifications, and new audio-visual equipment. The work shall be conducted in two phases, one for each conference room, with the first phase complete and turned over for occupancy prior to commencement of the second phase.
