Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, parts, material, equipment and other items necessary to perform all aspects of the FORMER FIRE STATION NO. 1 AND MONTE VISTA PARK HOUSE DEMOLITION PROJECT in accordance with the attached bid documents. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, parts, equipment with operators and labors for debris removal, and other items necessary to perform all aspects of the Former Fire Station and Monte Vista Property Demolition project. Scope will include removal of two (2) structures and all hardscape; former fire station (10,036 sq. feet) located at 13251 Central Avenue and a vacant property and house (1,453 sq. feet) located at 13146 Monte Vista Avenue. Both structures were tested and have been confirmed to have existing lead and asbestos materials. Contractor to demolish and remove all contents of the structure properly, hardscape, and vegetation per the attached Technical Specifications.
