| Description | Collier County Traffic Operations currently operates 176 PTZ Cameras across 212 signalized intersections. These cameras are essential in providing services to the community, by addressing timing issues when reported by motorists, assist Fire/Rescue, Law Enforcement and EMT when required. These cameras observe equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly, to enhance the movement of vehicles and pedestrians on our roadways. The system currently consists of Analog and HD PTZ cameras and associated Software Applications. Traffic Operations has been systematically replacing older COHU analog cameras with high definition (HD) cameras for better visibility along our arterials. The goal is toreplace all analog COHU cameras. | ||||
