Construction Services for San Gabriel East Elevated Storage Tank

As of March 17, 2023 project was awarded to CC Carlton Industries LTD., awarded amount is $8,281,007.05. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted through the website at https://bids.leandertx.gov by 5:00 PM January 6, 2023 The City of Leander seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation to provide construction services for the delivery of the San Gabriel East Elevated Storage Tank. The Work consists of the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct a new 1.25 million-gallon composite elevated storage tank (EST), site improvements, retaining wall, site grading, paving, fencing and 24- and 36-inch water mains, including associated appurtenances, valves, and connections to existing water mains for a complete and operational domestic water storage tank system.
