Description

The scope of this project is limited to approximately 6,167 SF of interior fit up inside the Oak City Center facility plus mechanical systems. The project construction scope will include the interior renovation inclusive of Lobby/ Waiting area, Reception, Staff support spaces, private offices, conference rooms, interview room and open work area. Construction shall include new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical system for the renovated area.
