Bids will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, for furnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution of: Tiffin Avenue 12 Watermain Lining in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Director of Public Works, on file in its office, 240 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, OH 44870.
