| Description | Ceramic tile and Base Board installation at 568-B Poplar Ln and 571-B Maple Circle Laredo, TX 78041. 1. Remove old damage VCT tile approximately 1150 SQF. 2. Purchase and install ceramic tile 12x12 or 13x13 to include all areas of the house. This house consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry room, closets and all other areas. LMH will choose which color to be used. 3. Contractor will install 3 1/4 prime colonial base board and seal on top and bottom and paint them with white oil paint. 4. Contractor must use versa bond thinnest to lay out ceramic floor tile. 5. Contractor must add new exhaust fans and installation, patching, and ceiling finish as well on both properties.(2 Bathrooms on each property). | ||
