Roebling Elementary School Security Vestibule Upgrades

Interior Renovations: Modifying the existing vestibule to close stair off at the vestibule, add a secured vestibule at former waiting room and provide new chair lift. Work to include, but not limited to: a. Installing new walls/door as shown on plans. b. Remove and replace portions of existing finishes c. Cut stair and provide landing. d. Provide new chair lift. e. Provide new security window and a counter with overhead rolling counter door as shown on drawings. f. The modifying of existing mechanical systems. g. The removal of existing electrical power and lighting and replacement of electrical power and lighting. h. Provide new electronic release of both the existing exterior door and new door. Remote release locations for doors will be at the secretary office 03. Exterior Renovations: Raise front landing and provide new ramp. Work to include, but not limited to: a. The removal of a section of the existing stair. b. Raising the landing at door flush with interior floor level. c. Provide new concrete landing and ramp with brick veneer. d. Provide aluminum railing.
