This Invitation For Bid (IFB) will result in a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award for the Building 210 Removal and Replacement of the Boilers Requirement, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco GA. This acquisition is a competitive acquisition set-aside for HUBZone entities. The Government will perform proposal analysis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14.408 when evaluating the offeror's proposal. The construction magnitude for this requirement is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The contract duration will be for a period not to exceed 90 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation shall be 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors. A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday August 3, 2022, at 10:00am. All personnel that are not currently badged will need to complete and return Day Pass applications (Attachment 26) for all attendees no later than August 2, 2022, at 10:00am.
