Roof Replacements at Community Campus

Provide all necessary labor, material and equipment for the replacement of eight existing roofs having a combined total area of approximately 43,430 SF at Upstate Community Hospital. The work shall include the removal of existing EPDM and built-up roofing down to the existing roof deck and replacement with a new fully-adhered, single-ply PVC membrane, including new vapor barrier, insulation, cover board and flashings. The work also includes replacement of existing skylights and mechanical unit curbs, furnishing and installing guard railings and hazardous materials abatement. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project.
