Description

Provide Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for the design of the Western Region Resiliency Center ("the Center"). The scope of work includes but is not limited to design of an approximately 100,000 square feet Resiliency Center above code to withstand winds of 200 m.p.h. and supporting exterior improvements. The building should also be elevated to protect against the 500-year flood event. The project involves design of a multipurpose events facility plus exterior site improvements. The Center is planned to serve a number of the community's unmet needs during normal times (Blue Skies) and during times of crisis (Gray Skies).
