Description | The work generally consists of Streets, Drainage, Water and Erosion Control Improvements. All questions, clarifications, requests must be received in writing via email to Charles Brigance, P.E. charlesbrigance@cbdeng.com and Chuck Corbett ccorbett@cbdeng.com and received no later than noon, Friday, May 06, 2022. Any requests received after that time and date will not be addressed. A Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to Caldwell County M.U.D. No. 2, Ranch Road Hartland, LLC in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid must accompany each Bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will within 10 days of the award of the contract, enter into a contract and furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. II. SCOPE OF WORK The work in HARTLAND RANCH PHASE 1 consists of Wastewater Improvements including grouped septic systems and gravity wastewater mains. All work will be in accordance with the Subdivision Ordinances and the approved construction plans and specifications as provided |
