Description

1. The Contractor will be responsible for full demolition of 3 light towers and a light pole in a parking lot at the intersection of Brownsville Road and Corrigan Drive and a partial demolition of a 4th tower located nearby at the Fairgrounds Museum Building. Full demolition and disposal are required for 3 of the existing large light towers as well as removal of the light fixtures only on the 4th tower. The 4th Tower must also maintain its structural integrity for continued usage as a cell tower. Extreme care shall be taken to protect the cell tower equipment during the partial demolition. 2. All light towers and light pole being demolished are to be removed in their entirety, flush with the foundation. All towers are metal and have tested positive for lead paint contamination (lead paint report is attached). Proper cutting, hauling, and disposal methods are required and are the responsibility
