Gymnasium Addition, Interior Alterations, and Exterior Column Repairs at Union School

Scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the alteration of the existing gymnasium into three new science labs, the alteration of the existing girl`s locker room into a nurse`s suite, and the replacement of the four front pediment columns. A substantial addition will be added, including, but not limited to, a new two-station gymnasium, storage, locker rooms, toilet rooms, and faculty support spaces. The addition work will include site alterations associated with the expanded building area. NOTE: This project will be broken out into 3 phases: 1.) Column Repairs, 2.) Gymnasium Addition, and 3.) Science Lab Alterations and Conversion of Existing Locker Room into a Nurse`s Suite.
