Description

Replace Chillers Building 56059: Contractor's capable of replacing three water-cooled, heat-pump chillers at building 56059 with two non-reversible chillers. Each chiller shall be connected to an existing air handler and serve a single floor. Work shall also include installing a new hot-water heating coil in each air handler (2 total), running new condenser-water piping from the existing boiler to each new heating coil, installing two new booster pumps, and modifying existing HVAC controls
