Design, Build and Installation Services for Lake County Telecommunications Tower Project

Lake County, Colorado on behalf of many local, state and federal public safety partners, is looking to construct a free-standing 70’ radio communications tower in the vicinity of 700 E 10th St in Leadville to enhance 800 MHz DTR public safety radio coverage in and around the Leadville/Lake County, Colorado community. This project seeks to expand Digital Trunked Radio Service (DTRS) to the community of Leadville and outlying areas through the addition of a new State of Colorado DTR radio site at 700 E 10th St. In addition to the 70-foot free-standing radio tower, Lake County will be constructing a 10’ x 20’ communications structure adjacent to the tower. The contractor may need to coordinate and work with engineers and/or staff from the State of Colorado Office of Information Technology (“OIT”) division.
