Buildings Demolition

The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 1 LS Main Building Demolition (25,000± Sq. Ft) to Grade 1 LS Chimney Demolition (10± Ft Dia., 65± Ft Height) to Grade 1 LS Shed Building Demolition (1,200± Sq. Ft) to Grade 1 LS Shed Building Demolition (1,400± Sq. Ft) to Grade 1 LS Furnish & Install Erosion & Sediment Control 1,000 SY Furnish & Place 4” Topsoil, Seed Fertilizes, Mulch, Water & Erosion Mat 50 CY Furnish and Install Clean Fill. Demolition will consist of removal of the existing buildings and structures to the ground floor, as well as the concrete slab(s) and closing/sealing voids to the ground floor grade. The work includes: • Abandoning of existing utilities, including storm and sanitary sewer, and water main • Removing roof mounted and internal electric transformers, if needed • Removing roof and surface mounted HVAC • Recycling and salvaging building materials • Removing the existing walls and roof of the building • Removing ground level floor over the basement • Backfilling of basement, window wells, crawl spaces, pipe runs, elevator vault, etc. • Removing trees and shrubs, fencing, debris, signs, stairs and stairways and other miscellaneous items inside and outside of the buildings • Restoration of disturbed areas
