Description

Construction Manager at Risk -DPR Outdoor Aquatics Facility and Merrick-Moore Park Enhancement Projects. Given the strong physical connection to Merrick-Moore Park across the street and the enhancements planned at the front of that site, the City is including the Merrick-Moore Park scope of work to be completed in conjunction with the New Outdoor Aquatics Facility. As a part of pre-construction services, the construction manager (CM) will develop a Master Project Implementation Plan that will identify schedule, phasing and logistics of completing scope of work. The City of Durham is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified professional teams to provide CMAR Services from preconstruction through construction at the former Wheels Fun Park (715 N Hoover Road, Durham, NC) for the New DPR Outdoor Aquatics Facility, as well as for enhancements at the recently completed Merrick-Moore Park (632 N Hoover Road) directly across the street. The selected CMAR will work in conjunction with the selected Design Team throughout the project life cycle. The City of Durham reserves the right to reject any and all submittals Any questions regarding this RFQ must be received in writing prior to October 5, 2023 by 5:00 PM Project Completion Spring 2027
