Brewster Courtyard ADA Improvements

Furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering the construction of the Brewster Courtyard ADA improvements, within the Brewster building. SCO ID #22-24895-01A. Demolition, grading, installation of stormwater, irrigation and electrical for site lighting, paving and landscaping. Owner will provide light poles for installation by contractor on contractor installed pole base. Project Location: Brewster Building, E 10th Street, Greenville, NC 27858. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Bids will be received for a single prime bid contract only. All proposals will be a lump sum. Four (4) Alternates pricing options are listed on the plans. Full or partial sets of plans and specifications can be purchased at Document Imaging Systems, Location Address. Partial sets shall be purchased at the contractor's expense and will not be refunded. Deposit checks must be made out to The John R. McAdams Company, Inc. and received by the designer prior to shipment of documents. Copies of the complete plans, specifications, and contract documents will be available for download via McAdams ShareFile at no cost.
