The Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management (KCDEM) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants to create a complete set of design/build drawings for new department offices, Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Regional Training Facility (RTF) as a part of the Kitsap County Emergency Services Campus (KC-ESC).
