| Description | Air Condition Repair Services, Citywide Bidder shall disclose the name of any City employee who owns, directly or indirectly, an interest of five percent (5%) or more of the total assets of capital stock in Bidder's firm. A Successful Bidder/Contractor may be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond as part of the requirements of the Bid Contract, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Bid Contract price. The City reserves the right to accept, reject any or all, or portion of responses after opening/closing date, and request re-issuance on the goods/services described in the Formal Solicitation. |
