J041--Exhaust Hood Cleaning

Contractor to provide all tools, equipment (including areal lifts where required) and cleaning materials to perform the service accordance with NFPA#96. The contractor on site must have one (1) employee with their certification for supervision (The vendor shall provide someone that is certified to be on site for proper inspection and cleaning so they are able to put on an inspection sticker on the corner of the exhaust hood equipment) of service to perform semi-annual cleaning/ pressure washings of seven (7) kitchen exhaust systems to include hoods, ducts, rooftop fans and filters. To be inspected and cleaned every six (6) months (from the period of performance start date) in accordance with NFPA#96 rules and regulations. Contractor to inspect the seven (7) exhaust fans associated with this service contract and provide the General Utilities Supervisor with a report of the finding within 7 business days.
