Description

The contractor shall maintain allequipment at steam junction boxes, mechanical rooms and other buildings base-wide, per themanufacturer’s recommendations and industry standards. The contractor shall repair/replace thetraps found to be malfunctioning. The contractor shall inspect pumps in the steam distributionsystem. The contractor shall inspect the runs of piping approaching the steam traps for steam orcondensate leaks and document findings. The contractor shall also provide photo documentationof all of the equipment in each of the spaces.
