Description | urnish all labor, materials and equipment for Anselmo Community Center Addition per the plans and specifications, shall include general clearing and grubbing, grading, utilities , concrete and 26'x60' metal building, and all incidental work necessary to complete the Project as required by the plans and specifications. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for the bid opening. Work shall be commenced and completed by September 1, 2023. All work and materials are to be guaranteed for a period of one year following final acceptance by the Village of Anselmo. The successful bidder shall supply a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond executed by a Corporate Surety licensed in the State of Nebraska each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price. Final payment will be made within thirty (30) days after completion and acceptance of the completed work. The Village of Anselmo as the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming , nonresponsive , unbalanced, or unconditional Bids. Owner further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible. Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities in bids received as may be determined by Owner to be in the best interest of the Project and Owner in awarding a contract for the Project. Attention of BIDDERS is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. BIDDERS are to be registered with SAM .gov. All qualified parties, including minority-owned, women owned, and low-income-owned entities are encouraged to submit a bid for this project |
