Mechanical and Electrical System Services for Facilities Management on the Twin Cities Campuses

The Facilities Management Department of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus, is requesting Proposals for Mechanical and Electrical System Services in buildings on the Twin Cities Campus. The awarded Contractor(s) shall provide Mechanical and Electrical Systems Maintenance Services on multiple types of HVAC, Plumbing, Piping and Electrical Systems located in various buildings on the Twin Cities Campus, have the ability to react to building operational issues, emergencies, meet the needs of the facility and attend to the best interest of the University of Minnesota.
