| Description | The project is at 47 Bataan Blvd. #54 CSMS Building in Santa Fe, NM. a. Evaluate the facility against the door installation requirements and provide a determination outlining the best method to be utilized in order to meet the general requirements of the door manufacturer. The Contractor will provide immediate notification to project manager (PM) of any concerns. b. Supply all material and equipment necessary to complete the project. All products installed will have the appropriate fire rating for the area in which being installed. c. Ensure all material is installed per manufacturer's specifications and in compliance with all national door installation standards. d. Replace and properly label all electrical fixtures. e. Clean work area and secure site daily. |
