Publix remodel inclusive of demolition, framing/drywall, finishes, sales floor terrazzo/VCT/MMA re-finishing, ceramic tile rework/addition, new fire sprinklers in select locations, plumbing, HVAC inclusive of hood work at times, electrical, and various store set up scope including by not limited to new customer service, department equipment change outs, new/revised check stands, and miscellaneous shelving work. All trades to include demolition as it pertains to each trade's specific scope. At times this scope may include truck dock enclosures and miscellaneous site work which "could" be performed during day time hours, otherwise all work to be done at night Sunday through Thursday from 10:00PM to 6;00AM, unless previously approved in writing by HGR Project Management.
