Description

The work includes, but is not limited to, replacing existing domestic water piping with new. Removing existing galvanized domestic water piping and disposing of it per local, state, and federal codes. Replacement of two boilers and the existing domestic hot water tank with new. Ceiling and walls are to be removed and reinstalled for access to all domestic water piping in the building. Seismic requirements are required for the installation for the domestic hot water piping.
