Elevated Storage Tank Rehabilitation

The major items of work include: Abrasive blast and recoat exterior and dry interior base pedestal piping of existing 250,000-gallon elevated storage tank. Pressure wash, power tool clean, and spot recoat areas of corrosion in interior bowl of elevated storage tank. Disinfection of tank. Complete replacement of fill lines and associated valves located in valve vault. Remove and replace existing panelboard and light fixtures. Add overflow signal to existing auto dialer. Modify existing program to interlock booster pumps with elevated storage tank high level. Relocate pressure transmitter conduit to elevated storage tank standpipe. Install concrete slab inside elevated storage tank's floor. Install sump pump.
