Correct Water Infiltration

Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to provide buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 15, 16, 17, 124 with new roofs thus mitigate any water infiltration issues at specified buildings. Work to include but not limited new roofing, windows, brick repair/replacement. An asbestos survey has been completed. The results show no asbestos-containing materials were detected. All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th. Street, Marion, IN 46953. Work to be completed within 260 calendar days from notice to proceed. Justification of Work: The main goal of this project is to provide several campus buildings with new roofs thus mitigate any water infiltration issues at specified buildings. at the Marion VA This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. with a standard size of $39.5M.
