| Description | New membrane roof at the Nimiipuu Health Lapwai Clinic location. Square footage of the new roof is approximately 35 - 000 sq ft. Roofing material shall be 60 mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) on R-38 insulation. Replacement of parapet cove cap with appropriately styled and colored materials. Old roof shall be removed down to substrate layer and insulation and membrane roofing installed including all equipment and plumbing curbs and penetrations and parapet walls. |
