9th Street Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation

For the cured in-place lining of approximately 565 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer, 320 linear feet of 12-inch diameter and 270 linear feet of 18-inch storm sewer, and appurtenances under the following Contract Email John Balewski at jbalewski@msconsultants.com to request documents. No documents will be distributed without the correct deposit, ordering and bidding requirements. Bids may not qualify any of the specifications. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the closing time for receipt of bids at the Rochester Area Joint Sewer Authority Building, 350 Adams Street, Rochester, Pennsylvania 15074. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The form of the guaranty shall be in accordance with the type permitted under the contract documents. No bid guaranty shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with the requirements as set forth in the contract documents or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Work under this Contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL 987; P.S. 166) and subsequent amendments. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
