Additionally, the project includes a full depth reclamation of 3rd Street from Walnut Street to approximately 1200 feet south of 3rd Street. Site Directions: From Interstate 94, exit at Highway 35 North (Exit 1). Proceed north to Walnut Street and turn right. Proceed one block east to 3rd Street. Project area begins at 3rd Street/Walnut Street intersection and proceeds south.
