| Description | 7770 Jungle Trail 1. Remove cove ceiling mould, baseboards, doors and window casings and inside corner trims. 2. Remove all existing wood paneling 3. Install new prefinished wood paneling 4. Install new cove ceiling mould, baseboard, door and window casing and inside corner trims 5. Clean, prepare and paint all newly installed surfaces and existing surfaces where applicable. County to approve color prior to application. 6. Safe-off and replace all electrical wiring, connections, receptacles, and switches. 7. Replace all plumbing and fixtures as necessary with like items. County will approve fixtures prior to installation. 8. Clean all surfaces and remove all dust, debris and materials upon completion and prior to acceptance/inspection by the County. Front porch: 1. Remove baseboards and corner trims on wood paneling. 2. Remove existing wood paneling under windows on the north, south and west wall and install new prefinished wood paneling on the three walls. County to approve paneling finish prior to installation. 3. Install new baseboard and corner trim on new paneling. 4. Clean, prepare and paint all newly installed surfaces and existing surfaces where applicable. County to approve paint color prior to application. 5. Clean all surfaces and remove all dust, debris and materials upon completion and prior to acceptance/inspection by the County. 7790 Jungle Trail Master Bedroom/South Bedroom 1. Replace water heater with 30 gal. electric tank type water heater with valves and repair all ancillary plumbing as necessary. 5. Safe-off and replace all electrical wiring, connections, receptacles, switches as required by Code. 6. Clean, prepare and paint all newly installed surfaces and existing surfaces where applicable. County to approve paint color prior to application. 7.
