Lone Pine Booster Station and Water Storage Project

Project scope incudes upgrades to the existing water system including but not limited to: Install new variable flow drive booster system and integrate controls; Interconnections to existing pipe; Provide temporary pressure bypass; Re-configure plumbing and remove and dispose of old booster station equipment and accessories; Replace existing well pump control system; Install roll-up door, lighting, and heating/cooling unit, reroute solar feed conduit, and remove and dispose of hydropneumatic tank; Existing tank modifications including install under-tank suction pipe, new water level indicator assembly, repair floor plate void, and reroute drain with drainage swale; Existing tank interior and exterior coating with leak repair; Construct new 250,000 gallon welded steel water storage tank, foundation, and tank plumbing; New tank exterior/interior coating; Remove and dispose two (2) welded steel storage tanks, concrete foundations and piping; Install chain link fencing; provide Operation and Maintenance Manual. Value: $500,000 to $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing booster station pumps, piping and controls; temporary pressure by pass system; rehabilitation and modification to existing water storage tank; removal and disposal of abandoned water storage tanks and hydropneumatic tank; construction of a new 250,000 gallon water storage tank; replace well pump controls; installation of chain link fencing; modifications to existing booster station building and related reconfiguration of pump house plumbing and electrical per Construction Drawings, Technical Provisions and Bid Schedule.
