Cherry, 3rd, and Evergreen Streets

The Project consists of roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, sidewalk installation, and storm sewer installation including approximately 350 ft. of concrete curb and gutter, 13,100 Sq. Ft. of concrete sidewalk, 240 Sq. Yd. concrete approach and driveway pavement, 1,180 Cu. Yds. of unclassified excavation, 1,008 Cu. Yds. of base course, 380 Tons of owner furnished base course, 880 tons of asphalt concrete composite, 333 ft. of storm sewer and corresponding miscellaneous construction items on Cherry St. west of 3rd St., 3rd St. from Cherry St. to Douglas St. and Evergreen Street west of 4th Street. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. No Pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
