Description

Stream restoration and bank stabilization including but not limited to the reconstruction of an existing stream, a wooden retaining wall, culvert outlet rip rap aprons, and rip rap plunge pools. Grade, prepare, and seed the restored streambanks and bottom and protect with a permanent turf reinforcement mat as shown on the plans. Maintain vegetation until established. Repair eroded areas as required. Provide maintenance as directed in the NC Stormwater General Permit shown on plan sheets C3.1 and C4.1.
