Roofing manufacturer's requirements for the specified warranty. 2. Removal of entire existing roof membrane and flashings. 3. Removal of all existing insulation down to the deck. 4. Preparation of new roofing substrates. 5. Wood nailers for roofing attachment. 6. Tapered Insulation. 7. Elastomeric membrane roofing. 8. Metal roof edging and copings. 9. Flashings. 10. Other roofing-related items specified or indicated on the drawings or otherwise necessary to provide a complete weatherproof roofing system. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work involves removal and replacement of three membrane roofs and all associated appurtenances. All removed materials must be properly disposed of.
