Description

The installation of twin 68’ long, 24” plastic pipes across Winter Street in Hooksett, New Hampshire. Included in the work is, saw cutting the existing pavement as part of trench excavation within the paved roadway, asphalt removal and disposal, backfill and compaction of backfill material, 18” of crushed gravel, loam-seed and mulch disturbed areas, install erosion control fabric on sloped areas, re-pave all disturbed trench areas with 4 inches of bituminous pavement (2-1/2” base course and 1-1/2” wearing course) (with temporary and permanent trench patch if the work is done during the winter months), replace disturbed granite curbing, install a new precast concrete headwall with rip-rap protection, and miscellaneous work including loam & seed, cutting of brush, removal of trees, erosion control measures, traffic control and coordination with water, gas and sewer agencies for service crossings. All material should be furnished and installed by the contractor
