Description

The San Bernardino County (County), through Human Services (HS) for the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified individuals, organizations, and firms, hereinafter referred to as "Proposers" or "Contractors" to replace and install obsolete audio/video equipment and provide connectivity to various video conferencing platforms in DCSS facilities in Loma Linda, Ontario, and Victorville, California under a state type (e.g., cost reimbursement, fee-for-service, etc.) Contract(s). The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. Project goal and objectives - Older technology has reached end-of-support. Updated audio-visual conferencing technology will modernize and expand meeting capabilities, ensuring compatibility, seamless integration, and a consistent design with DCSS' existing Webex solution in the Loma Linda, Ontario, and Victorville locations, as well as continuity of operations and enhanced staff training. Updated audio-video conferencing technology is requested at the following locations and rooms: a. Loma Linda DCSS, 10417 Mountain View, Loma Linda, CA 92654-2030 1) Second (2nd) floor training room 2) Third (3rd) floor training room 3) Third (3 rd ) floor conference b. Ontario DCSS, 191 N. Vineyard Avenue, O c. Victorville DCSS, 15400 Civic Drive, Victorville, CA 92392 1) Second (2 nd ) floor conference room 2. Deliverables/Requirements - Proposer must: a. Meet all the requirements of Exhibit D - Scope of Work. b. Provide a timeline for the project to include the purchase, receipt, and installation of all equipment by the target completion date of June 30, 2023. c. Provide training or instruction on the use of all equipment purchased and installed to DCSS technical staff and end users. d. Provide information on any licenses required for any software included in the project. e. Provide diagram(s) for electrical and data requirements for each room. f. Provide documentation on network optimization. 3. Project Approach - Payment will occur upon completion of the project after submission to and acceptance of invoice by DCSS.
