| Description | Sealed bids for labor and materials to complete the Standing Mechanical Services. Bids shall be received for a one (1) year, unit cost contract, for skilled mechanical services to supplement the SDSU Facilities and Services maintenance and construction groups specifically in the areas of commercial plumbing including steam, hydronic, and fire suppression systems as specified in the Contract Documents. The work could consist of, but is not limited to new construction, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and/or demolition/removals to interior and exterior (e.g. in tunnels, vaults). Work could be at any SDSU facility including local agricultural units. This contract has the option of extending it up to four (4) times on an annual basis. South Dakota State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. |
