Description Tear off existing roofing, flashings and demo curbs as outlined on construction drawings. Loose lay type 2 base sheet over existing decking substrate. Mechanically attach R30 Polyisocyanurate Insulation. Adhere cover board in hot bitumen to Polyisocyanurate Insulation. Adhere modified bituminous base sheet and modified mineral cap sheet in hot asphalt. Install new wood nailers along perimeter and overflow scupper along each internal drain area.
