CMAR for Plano Campus Theater Renovation

Renovations on the existing John Anthony Theater on the Plano Campus including ADA compliance updates; Seating replacements in Main Theater; Balcony railing system in Main Theater; Carpet in Main Theater; Flooring in Black Box Theater; Interior Décor update throughout; Paint, where applicable; Refinish ceiling panels in Main Theater; New Lighting Control Systems includes dimmers, consoles, and network equipment for both theaters; New Sound System includes speakers, consoles, and network equipment for both theaters; Life safety upgrade of electrical wiring in Lighting system; New Headset System includes communication system for both theaters; Replace house lighting system with system that has colorization options; Stage, New flooring & drapes; New flying system ropes; Back Area Needs, Relay plan for efficient use of space & improved sightlines; New doors, new toilets, improved sink drainage; Consider retrofit of ancillary spaces currently under utilized; Update lobby/atrium restrooms that are used by theater patrons.
