| Description | This project consists of installation of new hollow metal frames, doors and metal stud with gypsum walls. These new walls and frames will infill existing hallway openings in order to control access into the existing gym. The existing lay-in ceiling will be selectively reconfigured to allow for installation of new work only. Finishes include paint, lay-in grid, ceiling tiles and rubber base. Electrical scope will relocate existing light fixtures and provide exit lighting. Existing sprinkler system to be adjusted to accommodate new work. |
