Description

This Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) is a State Capitol Complex multi-year contract for Capital Improvement Projects for Fiscal Years 2023-2025. Projects are located at the State Capitol Complex, including surrounding buildings managed by the Capitol Preservation Board such as the Travel Council, White Chapel, and Daughters of Utah Pioneers. It may also include projects at the Governor's Mansion. Construction cost is estimated at: All projects range from an estimated $25,000 up to $3,500,000 in value. The FLCC is limited to: Varies per project, but multiple projects may have a combined value of up to $20,000,000 or more. The Contractor for the project must be a Utah licensed General Contractor. Association with other individuals or firms having appropriate professional expertise is acceptable. The State will enter into a single agreement with the successful Contractor. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the FLCC, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond form, or equivalent shall accompany the Cost Proposal. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the State. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
