Right-of-Way Landscape Maintenance Services

The City of Sammamish is soliciting bids for a contract to assist in the Landscape Maintenance of the City's Rights-of-Way. The selected vendor will be expected to perform duties to include but not limited to: general lawn care; line trimming; edging; pruning of trees, shrubs and ground cover; weeding; removal of dead, diseased or infested plants; pest control through Integrated Pest Management practices; hard surface maintenance; leaf blowing and litter removal from landscape zones; brush control of native areas; branch and debris removal from maintenance zones; weeding of wetland mitigation areas; rough mowing; slope mowing; meadow mowing; and weed spraying. Contract start date - Approximately March 24, 2023 Contract Duration: Through December 31,2024 with possible renewal Project Manager's Contract Estimate $350,000 per year - $700,000 for contract duration *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
