Description

General Construction - $2,000,000 Plumbing - $600,000 HVAC - $1,000,000 Electrical - $700,000 Asbestos Abatement A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of construction and related alterations and renovations as follows: 1. Hazardous Materials Abatement includes but is not limited to: Abatement of ACM for existing VAT, wall tile, pipe insulation and fittings and miscellaneous sealant/caulk. Also included is work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contracts at all building sites as indicated. 2. General Construction Contract includes but is not limited to: Select demolition, window replacement, ceiling modifications, extensive toilet room renovations, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, classroom upgrades, office upgrades, roofing and roof openings, structural steel, masonry restoration, concrete walks, parking lot improvements and other site improvements. Also included is work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contracts at all building sites as indicated. 3. HVAC Construction Contract includes but is not limited to: Temperature control installation for pre-purchased owner furnished control equipment not limited to unit ventilators, ventilation, toilet rooms, office renovation, duct cleaning and rooftop units. Removal and reinstallation of rooftop equipment as required for partial and full roof replacements. Also included is work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contracts at all building sites as indicated. 4. Plumbing Construction Contract includes but is not limited to: Gang Toilet room renovations, plumbing fixtures, piping, pipe insulation, pumps, water distribution systems, and installation of pre-purchased owner supplied equipment. Removal and reinstallation of rooftop equipment as required for partial and full roof replacements. Also included is work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contracts at all building sites as indicated. 5. Electrical Construction Contract includes but is not limited to: Exterior/interior lighting systems, fire alarm upgrades, power/data systems, control wiring and electrical installations as indicated. Removal and reinstallation of rooftop equipment as required for partial and full roof replacements. Also included is work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contracts at all building sites as indicated. 6. Project will be constructed under Multiple Prime Contracts.
