Description

The winning bidder shall construct a stand-alone restroom facility. There is no demolition needed at this site. The previous building has been removed. The City will bring in additional sand clay to raise the base for the site of the building. All other site work and construction shall be completed by the winning bidder.The City will supply water& sewer to the site and Duke Energy will supply electric service.
