| Description | MIRA is assessing the economic viability of its current recycling operation and desires to achieve efficiencies by soliciting and re-designating a facility or facilities for the processing of single stream recycling. Accordingly, MIRA has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of selecting a Recycling Facility Operator or Operators to receive and process Single Stream Recyclables accepted by MIRA at the Torrington and Essex Transfer Stations and transferred by MIRAs Transfer Station Operators to the selected Recycling Facility. |
